FAQs

Here are a few need-to-know nuggets of information. Each event is different so please visit the individual festival FAQs.

TICKETS & ARRIVALS

Apple Camp do not sell tickets to any festivals. These must be purchased from official ticket outlets. Please visit the festival website to secure tickets before booking Apple Camp.

You will receive an email in advance of the festival with all the information you need. This will
include a site map, where possible, and a contact telephone number for our on-site reception
team. Please add bookings@applecamp.co.uk to your contacts so that our emails don’t end up in your junk folder.

Opening times for our Reception will be listed in your Arrivals info email sent out in advance of
the Festival. Your accommodation will be ready for you at the same times as Festival main
campsite opens. Our reception hours will fit in with the most popular times for arrival and
departure.

THE CAMP

Apple Camp offers a range of different glamping and pre-booked accommodation. Facilities depend on the event you are attending. Each Apple Camp has a reception manned during the day. For individual festival facilities please see individual festival pages.

All our campsites are child-friendly so there are no specific family camping areas.

THE ACCOMMODATION

Unfortunately, you cannot have a tent or awning next to your booked structure due to the space available and safety restrictions.

Each structure comes with different amenities so make sure you know whether to bring linen, beds or a charge pack for your phone.

Some structures do have power, you will need to check your booking confirmation for the details.

FACILITIES & ACCESSIBILITY

This is dependent on the festival you’re booking. Have a look at the individual festival FAQs.

As much as we love dogs, things would get a little chaotic if every man and his dog came along. So we’ve decided the men (and women and children) can come, but the dogs must stay at home. Guide and assistance dogs are, of course, welcome.

We endeavour to make our campsites as accessible as possible, however they are in an outdoor setting in fields that could pose problems for mobility (particularly in wet weather).

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Pack for a British summer and remember your wellies! It can also get mighty chilly at night so it’s a good idea to bring some extra rugs and blankets, even if you leave them in the car.

Morning after potions and the odd plaster for that ‘dancing all night’ blister.

Cash points tend to get busy so do bring some with you for that urgent morning coffee.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made within 7 days of invoicing: Full refund less the deposit (subject to the booking being made more than 7 days before the campsite opens).

Cancellations made within 150 days of campsite opening: No refund.
