Results from geo-related work in Grane, Hattfjelldal and Balsfjord

Accomplishments
The project areas in Hattfjelldal, Grane, Balsfjord, all having exploration permits, are in the exploration stage. The next phase will be resource estimation, with the aim to build a long-term mineral resource and reserve.

Boliden, BP, LKAB, NGU, ASPRO, Sydvaranger, Bleikvassli Gruber and MetPro have performed greenfield prospecting as well as more detailed exploration work in the municipalities Hattfjelldal, Grane and Balsfjord. The exploration work includes geology, geophysics, surface sampling, drilling, geochemistry and test production. A total of 81 holes have been drilled, covering over 3,000 meters.
