Bastian Johansen. MBA, NHH (The College of Business Administration and Economics). Nine years with Management & Finance. Seven years with the ABB Group, mostly within project financing and financial risk. Has structured financing and risk coverage for large projects all over the world. Specializes in developing solutions for complex project financing.
Frode
Botnevik. Master Degree from The Norwegian School of Management, Harvard Business
School (AMP) and INSEAD (Finance). More than 30 years of international industrial
and financial experience, mostly from ABB, including responsibility for listing
companies at the Oslo Stock Exchange, NASDAQ and Singapore. Experience from Board
of Directors of companies in more than 12 countries.
