Streusselkuchen mit Obst - Smuldrekake med Solbær - Crumbled cake with Blackberries - Gateaux avec Cassis

Blackberry is a small soft black fruit that grows on a bush with thorns in gardens or in the countryside.

Ingredients
125 grams butter
150 grams sugar
3 - 4 eggs
Whip mixture to foam.

1 tbs powdered vanilla sugar
Salt (Tip of a teaspoon)
300 grams flour
3 teaspoons of baking powder
5 tablespoons unwipped cream

Fruits or Berries
Apples, Rhubarb,Blueberries,Blackcurrant ....

Spread batter on greased plate.
Spread fruit or berries on top.

150 grams flour
125 grams sugar
125 butter
Place the cake in the middle of your oven in 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
