OK folks, now I know there is some trouble in our land. I was browsing the Los Angeles Times Sunday paper and could not believe my eyes.
A waitress in Panama City, Fl, is allowed to file a lawsuit against Hooters because she says the restaurant promised a new car for winning a beer sales constest. Instead of a Toyota, she won a toy Yoda of Star Wars fame! She really thought that she was going to win a car. I wonder what and how Hooters wrote the contest rules and how they referred to the grand prize. You know she might have a case. We better keep an eye on this one.
And if you've never been to a Hooters, don't bother. Bad food and poor eye candy is all you get. I've been to 3 different ones and they are all the same. I will not go there again.

Unbelievable folks. This is an update to the waitress who thought she won a new Toyota vehicle. SHE WON the lawsuit! They settled. Jodee Berry, 27, will now get to pick the car of her dreams. I bet she picks a Rav4.
I cannot believe a judge fell for this. I cannot believe that people cannot take a joke anymore. I bet I will get sued for making these statements. It gets more difficult to have fun in this world. Lighten up. Take your yota and get lost, Jodee.
