1. Introduction

Thank you for joining GetRef.com, if you use this program as it was intended to be used, you will find that 

it probably going to be your favorite site for gaining new referrals to whatever program you are currently 

promoting. As set forth in your agreement (this document), you will find GetRef.com to be a useful tool in 

gaining new referrals for your program. Those persons who joined this site, have agreed to these Terms of 

Service, are referrred to in this TOS document as the "User".

These Standard Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern your use of Getref (the “Site”).  In your Agreement, you 

have agreed to these TOS, as they may be amended, restated or updated by Getref Administrators from time to

2. Ownership

JASON SCHATZ (jcschatz@hotmail.com) IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE OWNER OF ALL RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST, 

INCLUDING TRADEMARKS, COPYRIGHTS, PATENTS, TRADE NAMES, TRADE SECRETS AND OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

RIGHTS IN THE GETREF.COM CONCEPT AND BUSINESS PLAN, THE SITE AND THE NAME AND SERVICE MARK “GETREF” and 

"GETREF.COM"  

3. Fees and Membership

All fees for GetRef.com that get paid, become sole property of GetRef.com and are non-refundable.

Getref.com reserves the right to terminate this TOS Agreement and any User's account for any breach of the 

provisions hereof or the provisions of Getref.com's Privacy Policy as determined by Getref.com in its sole 

discretion. Getref.com shall have no obligation to refund any of the User's fees due to early termination 

of the Account. Getref.com reserves the right to delete any site or account it deems unacceptable for any 

reason without prior notice. And any credits/money that the user has invested in that program can be lost 

without any refund or notice given to the User.

If a User decides to terminate their account at Getref.com, any fees or purchases that have been made are 

non-refundable and non-transferrable. Accounts cannot be renamed or transferred to another user. More than 

one account per home/computer/person can result in that user's account being disabled and all credits/fees 

being forfeited. 

4. Termination of Your Account

GetRef.com may have to terminate an account from time to time. While we do not make it common practice to 

do so, if a User is found to be behaving in a way which is detrimental to the Site or its Users, GetRef.com 

reserves the right to disable any account that is found to be in violation of this TOS.

Some of the reasons for an account to be removed include:

Message board issues: Profanity, Racism, Spam

GetRef.com Site issues: Hacking, Claiming Credit for a program but not actually joining that program, 

denying a user credit for joining your program when they have done so, in-proper account information.

Above are just some of the reasons, but GetRef.com reserves the right to determine what it deems to be 

proper behavior within the site, and may choose to ban/disable/remove any User account for any reason, with 

no obligation to return any fees/purchases the User has made.

5. Third Party Sites

Because of the way that GetRef.com operates, Users are asked to browse away from the site to join a 

program, then come back to GetRef.com. GetRef.com assumes absolutely no responsibility for any third party 

site. We have no control over the sites that are listed within GetRef.

We try our best to only add legitimate sites, and we try not to add sites where there are malicious 

downloads, popups, or spyware, but because of the nature of the internet, third party sites are continually 

changing, and we are not responsible for any of the content on any third party sites.

THE USER ASSUMES ALL RISK FOR USING GETREF.COM, AND THE SITES WITHIN GETREF.COM. Getref.com will not 

compensate the user in any way if any site within GetRef.com, or GetRef.com itself somehow offends the 

User, or causes any equipment to malfunction.

On a related note, GetRef.com reserves the right to remove any site from the database for any reason and 

without warning.  No fees/purchases will be refunded as a result of GetRef.com's decision to remove a site.

6. Cashing out GetRef.com

Gold members within GetRef.com accumulate a cash balance, and can cashout that balance when it reaches a 

specified amount. Each transaction is recorded (by us) and a log is created for each and every cash 

transaction that is added to a Users account. If this transaction log is tampered with, and it is 

determined by GetRef.com staff that the Cash balance of the User's account does not match the transaction 

log of that balance. The account will be held indefinitely until the cause of the discression can be found. 

We reserve the right to cancel this cash balance if it is determined to be tampered with.

7. Your user rating:

Within GetRef, you will accumulate a user rating. This rating will increase or decrease depending on how

users within GetRef complete transactions with you. For example, when a user joins a program that you are

promoting, and you accept the credit request of that user, both the person joining and you will each recieve

a plus 1 rating to your user rating. If you decline a transaction request, you will both recieve a minus 1

rating. The idea here is that over time, the best users will rise to the top and be rewarded with greater

exposure, and the poor users will have a harder time using the system. The intent is to encourage everyone

to be a valid, good user of the GetRef system.  Because we have so many transactions, and because of the

Nature of GetRef, that we are basically a middle ground for third party sites. We cannot remove or alter

user ratings for any reason. Do not ask, or demand that I remove a negative rating from your account, I dont

want to see the confirmation email you got from joining a club to prove that you joined it.

All I can do is this, if you have a problem with a user, send me an email, or post a message in the help

section of the message board. I will review that person's account, and if they have a pattern of abuse, 

I will permanently ban that account from using GetRef.


8. GetRef.com is a Private club

This is a private club, of like-minded individuals, who wish to gain downlines in programs that they are 

trying to promote. Users are encouraged to get new members to Join GetRef, but all members should realize 

that membership in this club is a priveledge, not a right. And GetRef.com reserves the right to remove any 

User from the Site that it wishes to for any reason that GetRef.com sees fit.

Hi All!
I hope you enjoy your membership with GetRef.com. This site has grown alot since I first started it in 

March of 2003. We have well over 19,000 members, and we serve out hundreds of referrals each and every day. 

These referrals are REAL PEOPLE, just like you. Not like other download builders that are just single 

people signing up hundreds of users that had their name on a list somewhere.

The bottom line is this folks,
Join up, use the system the way it was intended, if you do you will be rewarded by an amazing experience 

here. If you are a malicious user I will catch you and remove you from the system. I am a fair person, and 

I will treat all users with courtesy and respect as long as they do the same to Me, the GetRef.com system, 

and the community of users that we have here.

We have some of the best people on the internet that frequent this site, I hope to add you to that list.
