Completely refurbished, it is ideal for families and a maximum occupancy of four people. The building is located in a cul-de-sac and has two entrances. One from the rear, where there are numerous parking spaces, a small park and another access directly to the beach promenade, where there are several bars and restaurants. The beach is in front of the building and the access is across the street. The flat is decorated in a modern style and has a living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a small bedroom with double bed and TV and a bathroom with shower. It is a perfect holiday home for a quiet holiday away from the crowded tourist centres. Bars, restaurants and a supermarket are nearby. The centre of the famous village of Icod de los Vinos with the ancient dragon tree, numerous museums, restaurants and shopping areas is only 2 km away.
