How do I logon?

You do not need to logon to edHelper. Instead, first browse from
edHelper.com.

If you select a worksheet that comes with a pre-made sample, you will find a link at the top of the screen that allows you to build a new printable worksheet. You will be asked to logon only once you select to build a subscriber-only worksheet.

How do I use my account from both home and as well as from school?

You may logon both from home and school using your account.
When you received your confirmation that your subscription was setup, you were given a logon name (your e-mail address) along with a password. You should use the same e-mail address to logon from either location.

I placed my order but my account has not been setup!
If you placed an order within the last 24 hours:
You will receive a receipt via e-mail after you place your order. Allow up to 24 hours for your account to be included in our system. When your account has been added, you will receive another e-mail with your personal password and information on using your account!

I ordered more than a day ago and have not received instructions on using my account!
If you placed an order, you should have received a receipt. If you received a receipt for your order, please
e-mail support and include your receipt, your name, and your home address. Please do not forget to include all of this information for a prompt reply. In the case that we received a typo in the order (such as in your e-mail address), it will be corrected and you will receive reply along with instructions on using your account.

If you did NOT receive a receipt, then more than likely your order did not go through. Please re-submit your order at http://www.edhelperbuilder.com/tpreporder.htm.
If you already clicked the order link and setup a paypal account, then login to your paypal.com account as well. That will verify the payment. Please e-mail support and include your name and your home address.

If you did not receive a receipt, but you are sure you placed an order, please e-mail support with your full name and home address.
