Digger

When I started drawing Digger, I honestly thought this was going to be the last page.  We can view this as conclusive proof that I have no idea what I’m doing.

Also, after five hundred odd pages, a number of books, and an Eisner nomination, you better believe I keep a shrine to Ganesh in my studio. And give him candy regularly.

Although everyone probably doesn’t care, I’d like to inform y’all that this was the first page of Digger I ever read. Even though it doesn’t have any of the really grand quotes on it, I believe it’s still my favourite. And it sure still depicts my feelings on Digger very accurately. “Whoa” indeed.
